Our pastoral ministry is free of charge to pastors. Our staff raises their own support in order to offer their services at no charge to pastors.
Mike Anderson
Mike has been in pastoral ministry for over 30 years. He has planted two churches and has ministered in three established churches. He has been a full-time pastor and a bi-vocational pastor. He has been a senior pastor, a solo pastor, a staff pastor, and a transitional senior pastor. He is excellent at assessing where a church is at and how to make it better. He has run two church building programs, dealing with city regulations, and is experienced in pastoral tax and financial issues. He has ministered to and demonstrated his love to his church congregations and, in addition to his church ministry, he has spent the last 5 years ministering to and encouraging pastors who are struggling with the difficulties pastors face. Mike has experienced many of the same pressures and struggles that most pastors face, and understands what they are going through. He has a passion for the church and strengthening the church by strengthening its leaders.
Mike has been a believer for over 50 years. He is a graduate of Biola College and Western Seminary. Mike is the Ministry director of New Vitality Ministry.
Mike is married to his lovely wife Carey and they have 3 children and their spouses, and 9 grandchildren.
